 Conceptualized, designed and owned by Robert Stocker, more than just a place to dine, Miró Tapas is about connection. It’s a space resonating with welcome where memories are made, where guests from all backgrounds and interests can come together, share a meal, and enjoy each other's company 

During lunch and dinner services, guests will have the option of ordering delights, like gazpacho, oysters and paella off of the main menu. 

Where it gets spirited is when the tapas starts moving! The Chef's choice of courses will flow out of the kitchen in rotations, on overflowing trays, balanced by enthusiastic Bandoleros (animated servers) who will entice each table to get-some-while-you-can. Raise your hand! Laugh and shout! Wave a scarf in the air! ... basically, choose wisely and quickly, or the Bandoleros will steal the tray away! If you miss one, don’t worry; a vast array of small tapas plates will flow throughout service. Guests will get the hang of it, in no time at all. The fun is spontaneous and spreads like honeyed butter, which you’ll find on the delectable cornbread!
